The Big Blue Hotel - Blackpool Pleasure Beach

I've stayed in this hotel around 4 times now and I will continue to return. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The facilities are brilliant. The check in process in quick and easy. The rooms are absolutely amazing, so spacious and clean. Love the tea/coffee/bottled water provided which was also replenished by the cleaners when done. Lovely soft towels in the bathroom and really nice mini toiletries provided and plenty toilet roll. Beds super comfy and very big! Also a mini fridge provided which is great! Genuinely couldn't ask for more. The breakfast is fabulous and the food is great at dinner too. The cleaners are so friendly any time I walked by they would say hello and good morning. The hotel is kept clean throughout the day even saw the lifts being mopped a few times! The hotel smells lovely too. It's also in an absolutely great location. We stayed in a double deluxe room which we usually stay in but this time we had a spectacular view of the pleasure beach which was fun! My son loved it - great view although it is noisy with the rollercoasters during the day. Didn't bother us at all but if you don't like noise it wouldn't be for you!

I would really recommend you book a stay here. From the moment we walked in we were treat like royalty. Had a lovely chat with the receptionist about the rooms and I mentioned their penthouse suites and straight away we were offered the chance to look at one. Totally luxurious. Our twin room was just as lovely, with everything we needed. The beds were really comfy, and the room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was sublime. The waiting staff were top notch and nothing was too much for them. All the staff seemed to love their job. We have already booked another stay. Best hotel we have stayed in by far.

the doors in room that opened with a view of the coasters,i like fresh air and slept with them open,the fridge(my chocolate half melted in the car) popped it in ,generally comfortable room,chairs,good selection of teas,coffee,etc,bathroom great selection of toiletries,kids enjoyed the family room and wanted to take the bunk beds home!...no complaints,breakfast especially good,quality ingredients and plenty to choose from(i prefer the buffet style they offer)...would definetly stay again!

Rooms where excellent, Staff Efficient, Polite and Professional. Apart from 1 Staff member on Thursday 04/07/2024. She was Backshift, was rude to a new Bar staff member in front of everyone. She was Head Waitress and Bar management. She was also very ignorant and rude to one of the Guests. Dark haired and spoke with a Foreign accent. Not good for the Hotels Reputation and Customer?
